Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is seeking a merchandiser to ensure products are stocked, organized, and easy for customers to find on shelves, racks, displays, and in coolers. You will travel to retail stores and accounts daily, building and refreshing displays while maintaining a professional brand ambassador presence.

You will follow plan-o-grams, set up promotions, and maintain signage while upholding safety, sanitation, and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license in your state; MVR may be reviewed.
• Reliable personal vehicle required for daily work.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in tight or crowded spaces.
• Weekend availability as part of regular schedule.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow food-handling, safety and sanitation standards.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to complete tasks independently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are stocked, organized, and easy to find on shelves, racks, displays, and in coolers.
• Transport products from the store's backroom to the sales floor using approved equipment.
• Build, adjust, refresh, and replenish product displays.
• Set up, change, or take down in-store displays to support promotions and seasonal needs.
• Ensure product signage is correct and easy for shoppers to understand.
• Keep product areas clean, tidy, and safe, and pull aside any damaged or defective items.
• Follow plan-o-grams and instructions to place items to company standards.
• Act as a Liberty Coca-Cola brand ambassador by maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company with courtesy.

• Build, adjust, refresh, and replenish product displays
• Set up, change, or take down in-store displays to support promotions and seasonal needs.
• Ensure product signage is correct and easy for shoppers to understand.
• Keep product areas clean, tidy, and safe, and pull aside any damaged or defective items.
• Follow plan-o-grams and instructions to place items to company standards.
• Act as a Liberty Coca-Cola brand ambassador by maintaining a professional appearance, wearing required uniforms, and representing the company with courtesy and professionalism while building positive working relationships with store teams.

Safety Responsibilities

• Perform all job duties in a manner that upholds personal safety and the safety of coworkers, contractors, and the public.
• Comply with all Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages safety policies, procedures, training requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, and equipment always.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions, hazards, near misses, injuries, or incidents to a supervisor or through established reporting channels.
• Participate in required safety training, meetings, audits, and safety improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Stop work and notify leadership if a task cannot be performed safely or if conditions present an imminent danger.
• Support Liberty Coca-Cola's culture by holding oneself and others accountable for safe behaviors.

Physical Requirements

Ability to:

• Repeatedly lift and carry products up to 50 lbs. from the ground, low shelves, or up to shoulder height.
• Bend, kneel, stand, and perform continuous physical tasks for several hours at a time, such as stocking low shelves or reaching into coolers.
• Use proper posture and safe body mechanics when lifting and moving cases throughout the store.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle to travel between stores.
• Read and follow plan-o-grams and written set instructions accurately.
• Work comfortably in backrooms or storage areas with varying temperatures.
