Job summary

Monitoring, Control and Compliance, Inc. (MCC) provides services to the solid waste industry and is seeking personnel for construction-related labor roles.

Responsibilities include assisting in pipeline construction, maintenance, and repair, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in field operations. Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screens and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with safe use of hand tools.
• Detail oriented and good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supports construction, maintenance, and repair of pipeline infrastructure.
• Performs manual labor including excavation, pipe handling, and site prep.
• Assists in installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines; assembles/disassembles pipelines.

Strong mechanical aptitude

Education
