Qualifications

• Equipment operation experience and knowledge in site preparation and excavation.
• Clear instructions, blueprints, or directions comprehension (verbal/written).
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assess hazards and work safely to prevent accidents and injuries.
• High school diploma or equivalent understood; basic math preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate grading and excavation equipment safely on job sites.
• Assist with traffic control and hauling equipment/materials.
• Communicate with customers/general public and team members.
• Perform manual labor as required and adapt to site needs.
• Cross-train on other duties or tasks as assigned.
