Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years of experience, or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to research and comprehend regulatory requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing Bechtel's ES&H program and management system.
• Maintains ES&H databases including incidents, audits, and corrective actions.
• Performs risk assessments and supports training and emergency preparedness.
• Prepares reports and communications for program execution and records retention.
• Supports incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Provides regulatory interpretation and technical advice to ES&H teams.
