Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Environmental Safety & Health (ESH) Field Lead in Millersport, OH to implement and monitor the project ESH program. You will work with a team to ensure safety and environmental standards on-site and in the field, reporting to the ESH Manager.

The role requires 8–14 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, with strong communication, leadership and regulatory knowledge. This on-site position participates in a large power generation project and offers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 8–10 years of relevant experience (or 12–14 years alternative).
• Ability to research and comprehend regulatory requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) disciplines to implement Bechtel's ESH program.
• Develop and maintain programs, systems and procedures for safety and environmental protection.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning for ESH issues.
• Prepare reports, incident investigations and program documentation.
• Coordinate staff training and emergency preparedness programs.
• Support ESH field and office personnel.
