First Point Group is seeking 2 Environmental Safety & Health Representatives for an LNG project in Brownsville, TX. These onsite roles require hands-on field ES&H execution with a strong construction background.

Bilingual English/Spanish and a relevant safety degree or equivalent experience are required; overtime and night shifts may be needed. Join a major energy project focused on robust safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5-8 years of related experience, or 9-12 years in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and OSHA standards.
• Experience conducting field inspections, hazard assessments and incident investigations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required for site communications.
• Ability to work on a heavy-industry construction site with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support ES&H program implementation on site, including technical and administrative activities.
• Develop and maintain Safety and Health Management Plans and training procedures.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and subcontractors to embed safety requirements.
• Interpret safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and recommend controls.
• Prepare reports and recommendations from safety studies and audits.
• Participate in emergency response, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Communicate safety concerns effectively with stakeholders and attend client meetings.
• Perform routine field inspections to verify corrective actions and compliance.
