Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a Project Lead to direct erection and field finishing for assigned projects. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safe, on-time, budget-conscious performance on site.

Ideal candidates have an A.A.S. or equivalent, 6 months to 1 year related experience, and ability to read complex drawings. Travel up to 5 days/week to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Hr and OSHA 30-hour certification; PCI Field Auditor a plus.
• Associate degree (A.A.S) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees erection and field services on assigned project.
• Manages subcontractors and employees to complete erection and field finishing safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinates deliveries, site logistics, and maintains safety and quality on site.
• Attends jobsite and project meetings; communicates with customers and management.
