Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to move objects up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.
• Utilize technical support resources (manuals, HowFactory, etc.) for troubleshooting and part identification.
• Perform Unit Condition Inspections and write reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
• Follow Altec Safety practices and procedures at all times.
• Provide accurate information on required documents and processes.
• Demonstrate Altec Company Values in daily work.
• All other duties as assigned.
