Job summary

Atlantic Health System in Howell Township, NJ seeks a per-diem delivery technician responsible for pick-up and delivery of equipment, routine setup, and patient instruction on safe use. Role includes driving routes, loading/unloading, basic repairs, and maintaining equipment such as oxygen concentrators.

You will also manage paperwork, attend training, and represent the company professionally while providing service to patients and facilities on a day- or afternoon-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to pull equipment and supplies from warehouse as ordered
• Load and unload equipment onto delivery vehicle
• Drive routes and deliver equipment and supplies timely
• Perform routine maintenance on oxygen concentrators
• Troubleshoot, service and evaluate equipment for repairs

Responsibilities

• Assists with pulling equipment and supplies from the warehouse as prescribed on the patient order ticket.
• Loads equipment and supplies onto a delivery vehicle when necessary.
• Determines or obtains the best delivery route, then drives vehicles on that route to deliver equipment and supplies ordered in a timely manner.
• Routine maintenance/preventative maintenance of oxygen concentrators.
• Works with patients to solve problems and acts as a company field representative, including repairing certain equipment.
• Returns and offloads returned rental equipment at the warehouse facility.
• Completes delivery and pickup paperwork and supporting documents promptly and accurately.
