Job summary

Performance Food Group in Wisconsin seeks a Service Technician to manage accounts in the geographic area, install and test beverage and chemical equipment, and train customers. You will drive to client sites, provide hands-on service, and coordinate with sales staff to ensure optimal equipment solutions.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years in equipment maintenance, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years equipment sales and/or maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training to such accounts.
• Maintain proper functioning of various beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test various equipment.
• Assist customers and sales people determine best equipment or products for application. Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation. Orders equipment. Other administrative duties as needed.
• Trains and develops other service technicians
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
