Energy Job Shop is seeking Equipment Operators to join our Midland, Texas team. The role focuses on operating and maintaining field equipment safely and efficiently while supporting field and maintenance crews.

Ideal candidates hold a Class A CDL with no restrictions, are reliable and punctual, and can work with minimal supervision. Per diem, man camp lodging, and airfare are provided when travel is required to support jobs in Midland.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Open to any experience level, including newly licensed CDL drivers.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to follow direction.
• Commitment to safety and PPE usage.
