UpTalent is seeking an experienced CDL A Driver for oil and gas operations in Midland, Texas. You will operate on a 15/6 rotation, with flights or mileage reimbursement for travel, and housing and meals provided at a man camp.

The role requires a valid, unrestricted CDL A license, at least one year of CDL driving experience, and a strong safety mindset. You will assist with loading/unloading and equipment care while keeping HSE reports up to date.

CDL / Class 1 Drivers - 15/6 - Paid Flights + Camp + Meals - Up to $22/hr - Midland, TX

UpTalent is seeking experienced CDL A Drivers for oil and gas operations in Midland, Texas. Drivers will operate within a 15/6 rotation, with flights or mileage reimbursement for travel, and housing and meals provided at a man camp. This role is ideal for safety-minded drivers with a valid, unrestricted CDL A license who are ready to work in a dynamic environment.

Perks & Benefits

• Competitive wages: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour DOE
• 15 days on / 6 days off rotation
• Paid flights for rotators or mileage reimbursement (up to 300 miles one way)
