Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Equipment Installer II to perform quality installations in Data Center/Construction environments. This field-based role requires regional and occasional national travel and adherence to customer standards and engineering instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal, written and customer-facing skills.
• Basic computer skills to include MS Office or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge and skills with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment in Data Center/Construction environments.
• On-site analysis of job drawings, specifications and MOPs.
• Ensure quality installations by conforming to all applicable standards.
• Perform all work with safety as the top priority. This includes following all company and customer mandated procedures as well as utilizing the proper PPE for the task at hand.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service.
• Use computer for Data Entry/Administrative tasks.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and motor vehicle screening.
