Job summary

Continental Services is seeking an Equipment Deployment Specialist to support the installation and removal of vending and market equipment at accounts across the region. You will prepare equipment for installation, perform installs and removals, and coordinate with managers and customers to determine the best course of action.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to read safety rules and manuals, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals and interpret documents.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with customers.
• Ability to work with CAD drawings and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepares equipment for installation at accounts and does all installations and removals for current and new accounts.
• Basic knowledge of finished carpentry, millwork installation, electrical, plumbing, and IT connections.
• Works with Managers and customers to determine the best course of action to install or remove equipment.
• Install team drives to locations throughout region.
• Move equipment from warehouse to customer site or reverse using proper handling equipment.
• Unload and clean trash from delivery vehicle; perform daily vehicle checks; report vehicle problems; secure keys and vehicle.
• Sets up and operates mechanical equipment and small hand tools for equipment repair, installation and/or removal.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment; perform job safely.
• Test and fill machines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
