Job summary

Continental Serves is hiring an Equipment Deployment Specialist to install or remove vending and market equipment at client sites across the region. The role requires basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing and IT knowledge, plus a valid driver’s license and ability to pass DOT requirements.

You will work with managers and customers to determine the best approach, drive equipment to sites, handle loading/unloading, test machines, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while ensuring customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must pass DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares equipment for installation at accounts and does all installations and removals for current and new accounts.
• Needs to have basic knowledge of finished carpentry, millwork installation, electrical connections, plumbing connections, and IT connections.
• Works with Managers and customers to determine the best course of action to install or remove equipment.
• Install team drives to locations throughout region.
• Responsible for moving equipment from warehouse to customer site or the reverse using proper handling equipment.
• Unloads and cleans trash from delivery vehicle, performs daily vehicle operative checks, reports vehicle problems.
• Sets up and operates mechanical equipment and small hand tools for equipment repair, installation and/or removal.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.
• Tests and fills machines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
