St. Louis Epoxy Systems is seeking a dependable Epoxy Flooring Installer/Technician to join our field team. This role involves travel to residential and commercial sites across the St. Louis metro area and includes paid hands-on training for newcomers to epoxy flooring.

The position is full-time, with a starting pay between $19.50 and $25.00 per hour based on experience, and opportunities to learn specialized epoxy flooring and coatings systems while advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• No epoxy flooring experience required; paid training will be provided.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a background check after a conditional offer.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, lifting and working on concrete surfaces for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residential and commercial concrete surfaces for coating installations.
• Operate concrete grinders, vacuums, and other surface-prep equipment.
• Mix, transport, and apply epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coatings.
• Perform flake broadcasting, backrolling, and other installation techniques.
• Maintain safe, orderly, and professional job sites throughout each installation.
