Job summary

Wade Trim is seeking a field environmental professional in the Pittsburgh area to conduct freshwater wetland delineations and support natural gas utility projects. The role involves field assignments, travel to job sites, and working outdoors in varied terrain.

A Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field is required, with 1–3 years of wetland assessment experience and strong writing skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of freshwater wetland assessment/delineation experience
• Experience with endangered species habitat evaluation and permitting
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct Stream & Wetland delineations for Natural Gas Utility projects.
• Prepare and submit Chapter 105 Permit applications.
• Respond to agency comments on permit reviews.
• Perform Desktop environmental evaluations.
• Map data collection and management.
• Prepare proposals and budgets.
• E&S Inspections and reporting.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
