Job summary

Trileaf Corporation is actively seeking an Environmental Project Scientist to perform field-based environmental due diligence and regulatory tasks across multiple market sectors. The role involves data collection, sampling, and drafting technical reports under senior staff guidance, with 0–1 years of experience.

Based in Orlando, FL, this temp-to-hire position requires travel to project sites and field work, typically 3–4 days per week, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills including report writing.
• Proficiency with standard office and reporting software.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Travel to project locations to document site conditions and gather data.
• Conduct interviews with site contacts, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Review local, state and federal databases and subcontractor reports.
• Draft standardized technical reports synthesizing field and regulatory information.
• Perform QA/QC on deliverables and ensure timely submissions.
