Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks an Environmental Manager in Kenosha, WI to support regulatory compliance and environmental stewardship across client operations. This field-based, full-time role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to influence performance in fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of environmental management experience, including 5 years supporting operations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to influence compliance and performance.
• Experience with ISO 14001 preferred; pharma industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client environmental compliance objectives across the operation, ensuring alignment with regulations.
• Conduct environmental regulatory analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contractors to manage environmental risks and support operations.
• Develop and implement site-specific environmental management plans and SOPs.
• Monitor permits and regulations (air, SWPPP, SPCC, NPDES, RCRA) and support audits.
