Qualifications

• Clear communication with contractors, property owners, and teammates.
• Comfortable with physical work (attics, crawlspaces, ladders, tight spaces).
• Willingness to complete certification training (paid by Rex).
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout Denver Metro and surrounding areas to perform asbestos, mold, and lead inspections.
• Collect samples and follow state-regulated testing protocols.
• Communicate professionally with contractors, property owners, and teammates.
• Operate independently once trained — manage your schedule and represent Rex in the field.
• Use mobile apps and tools to complete accurate, detailed reports.
