Job summary

NorthStar Environmental Testing, LLC is seeking a motivated Environmental Project Field Inspector to join our Wisconsin team. The role involves field testing for asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold, with travel to sites and detailed documentation of results.

Responsibilities include sample collection, report preparation, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Ideal candidates have construction or remediation experience, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Willing to train the right candidate; however, the ideal candidate possesses building construction or remediation/restoration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable operating a computer and use of Microsoft Office, CAD, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Environmental site assessments including field investigations for asbestos, lead-based paint, or mold as needed.
• Sample collection and report preparation with formal documentation.
• Travel to sites, work on construction environments, and communicate findings to clients.
• Record field observations accurately in professional reports.
