Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking an Environmental Coordinator II to coordinate and document field environmental compliance on a power transmission line construction project. You'll review scopes of work, draft permits and compliance plans, and coordinate with the construction team.

The role requires 5+ years in environmental compliance, knowledge of storm water, air, waste, and fuel storage regulations; strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in environmental studies, natural sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of environmental compliance or related construction experience.
• Knowledge of storm water, process water, waste, air, and fuel storage compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and use technology (PowerPoint, TEAMS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document field environmental compliance on a power transmission line project.
• Review scopes of work and draft permits and compliance plans.
• Collect and analyze multi-media sampling and perform observations/audits.
• Track and manage regulatory reporting requirements.
