Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to support the U.S. Army CFD at Natick, MA. The role focuses on high-fidelity systems, electronic control automation, and field feeding technologies in a DoD program.

You will perform hands-on testing, setup, troubleshooting, and documentation for programs like AM-TEMS, IFC/IBC-i, SCFP, and SFSU, with an on-site contract structure of 1-year base + 4 option years.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Military field feeding equipment.
• Demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting high-fidelity technical systems and electronic control automation devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for military field feeding systems and prototype testing.
• Operate and troubleshoot electric and fuel-fired food service equipment and high-fidelity prototype technologies.
• Support testing of alternative energy and COTS automated appliances.
• Assist with First Article Testing (FAT) units for DLA-TS procurement.
• Support Submarine Food Service Upgrades (SFSU) equipment testing.
• Conduct market research on advanced feeding technologies and expeditionary equipment.
• Provide project-specific support for AM-TEMS, IFC/IBC-i, Navy Lifecycles upgrades, and SCFP testing.
• Assist with food production runs, packaging, and labeling as needed.
• Maintain warehouse organization and forklift operations.
• Assist with gas cylinders, liquid nitrogen, CFD boiler operations, and autoclaving waste.
• Submit monthly progress reports detailing support and accomplishments.
