Job summary

Linde Material Handling is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the engineering team across the Castleford area, coordinating fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and high-quality customer service. You will lead and develop technicians, ensure timely responses, and maintain equipment reliability at customer sites.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on mechanical/electrical knowledge, with a full UK driving licence and IT literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an engineering team.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification would be preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep records and place orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day efficient running of the engineering team within the designated area.
• Diagnose, rectify faults and undertake preventative maintenance on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Maintain and repair equipment and support customer site activities.
