Qualifications

• 5+ years of field engineering experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for clients during field operations.
• Conduct site assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-the-spot engineering support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
• Analyzes well performance and helps completions engineers optimize stimulation design.
• Analyzes and provides recommendation data where wells and processing machinery should be placed to maximize production.
• Analyze data to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production.
• Monitors production rates and reworks processes to improve production where possible.
• Prepare presentations, detailed reports, documentation, and recommendations based on field observations.
• Support project planning, execution, and post-project reviews with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Work closely with field staff, sales and technicians as needed.
