Zusammenfassung

Helmerich and Payne is seeking energetic interns to gain hands-on experience in the energy industry. Interns will learn rig operations, safety, and the company’s mission while contributing to real projects and supporting field teams.

You will work with mentors to research, propose solutions, and present final projects at the internship conclusion, building relationships with rig crews and H&P professionals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree, certification, or equivalent program.
• Ideally have two or more summers remaining before graduation to allow for continued internship and development opportunities with H&P.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Dynamic interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Eagerness to implement company values and support the execution of H&P strategic objectives
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.

Aufgaben

• Gain exposure to rig operations, equipment, processes, and the daily responsibilities of field-based employees.
• Seek to understand the overall mission of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service and safety
• Accept designated business-focus projects to research theory, propose solutions, and present final project at internship conclusion
• Provide support in operational or functional areas in the assigned department by using previous experience to complete tasks
• Build relationships with rig crews, field leadership, and other H&P professionals.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
• Demonstrate the H&P Way: Actively CARE, Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork, and Do the right thing
• Additional duties as assigned
