Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in civil, mechanical engineering or construction management; at least 4 semesters completed.
• Able to work full-time during the summer (June–August).
• Interest in heavy civil construction.
• Team player who can also work independently to meet deadlines.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD or field engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field engineering, operation planning, and cost control on projects.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and document project changes.
• Manage subcontractors and handle submittals and materials procurement.
• Assist with project scheduling and site inspections.
