Job summary

Iaas Lc in Tampa, FL is seeking a motivated student to support field teams on a live project. You will assist engineers and superintendents, apply Trimble knowledge for project layout, and interpret drawings in the field.

This internship offers exposure to estimating takeoffs, design changes, safety initiatives, and coordination across disciplines, with a Monday–Friday on-site schedule and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Engineering or Construction Management program.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take on challenges.
• Independent problem solver with a hard work ethic and positive attitude.
• Detail oriented, well organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Engineer, Project Manager, or Field Superintendent as needed
• Apply Trimble knowledge to assist with project layout
• Interpret engineering drawings and assist in the field
• Assist in material take offs and estimating
• Review project drawings and coordinate design changes
• Assist with project coordination and safety initiatives
• Work on a specific project based on business needs
