Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program.
• Ability to pass ATF background check.
• Safety-first mindset and good communication.
• Willingness to work at multiple mine-site locations.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and compliance in daily tasks.
• Partner with customers to develop plans and optimize mine operations.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory policies are followed.
• Conduct surveys and measure blast performance; develop reports.
• Communicate with customers to address questions and maintain performance.
• Collaborate with blast crews and management to improve techniques.
• Attend meetings to capture issues and participate in hazard reviews.
