This Field Engineering HUB Manager role is a new addition created to support the establishment of centralized Field Service Engineer (FSE) hubs in Boston, Ma/Dallas, Tx/Chattanooga, Tn and other locations across the United States. The primary business objective is to enhance FSE retention, professional development, and career growth opportunities within the Gas Services, Service North America organization. To achieve these aims, the role is structured around three core responsibilities: leading and developing a team of post-training FSEs, managing their dispatch and allocation to billable field projects, and overseeing the operational performance of the hub. This structure ensures a direct focus on both talent management and effective resource utilization to meet project demands. Given the focus on team leadership and operational oversight, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in managing technical teams within a field service environment. Essential qualifications include strong capabilities in talent development, resource planning, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, supported by a relevant technical or engineering background.
