Job summary

L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer who will actively participate in field work alongside the crew and Superintendent, including excavation support, material handling, equipment operation, and pipe assembly.

Responsibilities include reading construction plans, coordinating with the project team, updating logs and schedules, handling RFIs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings, and supporting purchasing and expediting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work as a hybrid between project management and field supervision roles.

Responsibilities

• Work hands on in the field to support daily operations as needed.
• Review plans and specifications to support field crews.
• Communicate with Superintendent and project team to align field progress with goals.
• Prepare and process shop drawings and maintain as-built drawings.
• Assist with purchasing, scheduling, RFIs, and documentation.
