Job summary

Slayden Constructors Inc. (SCI) is seeking Field Engineers to support Civil/Structural/Earthworks on a major WWTP project in the Eugene, Oregon area.

You will provide technical and field support to project management to ensure work is done safely, on schedule and per standards. Responsibilities include construction layout, procurement, submittal review, inspections, documentation, and coordination with field crews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering or related field.
• 0-5 years of construction, design and/or field support experience/knowledge.
• Familiarity with CMiC, P6, Bluebeam, CAD, Expedition, SharePoint usage.

Responsibilities

• Support field management with construction layout, procurement, submittal review, scheduling, quantity takeoffs, and project controls.
• Perform field and quality inspections to ensure compliance with plans, permits, codes, drawings, and specs.
• Prepare and submit documentation such as submittals, progress reports, change orders, and pay applications.
