Job summary

ENTACT is seeking a Field Engineer for environmental remediation and geotechnical construction. The role involves collaboration with management and safety teams, quality control, surveying, reporting, KPI tracking, and adapting to fast-paced project environments.

Travel across the US is required, with per diem, and relocation considerations may apply. The ideal candidate holds a civil engineering-related degree, is proficient in AutoCAD and Trimble, and demonstrates problem-solving, teamwork,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work in accordance with ENTACT safety policy and procedure.
• Coordinate on-site procurement: material requisitions, tracking deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
• Process project documentation: daily/weekly reports, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Track schedules and help deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop construction figures from engineering sketches and field measurements using AutoCAD.
• Oversee subcontractor billings and project budgets; provide financial reporting to Project Manager.
• Manage contracts and purchase orders from drafting to closeout.
• Ensure all activities comply with design drawings and specifications.
• Conduct topographic surveys to calculate earthwork and assess site drainage.
