Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with scheduling and cost control techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail oriented.
• Willingness to relocate and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to build, estimate, and schedule, mechanical, electrical, and heavy industrial construction projects
• Prepare detailed work plans and schedules to guide project execution
• Ensure quality control, manage and track costs, purchase and manage materials, and maintain schedule and equipment logistics
• Administer safety programs with strict adherence to Kiewit’s 'Nobody Gets Hurt' philosophy
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners and stakeholders
• Support both administrative and field operations: review drawings/specs, perform material takeoffs, and prepare cost estimates
• Supervise subcontractors, coordinate with vendors, and uphold high construction standards
