Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer Technician in Cincinnati to support large enterprise clients on a range of storage and server hardware. The role includes VIP deskside support, high-level installation, and proactive problem resolution.

You will apply knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems to address escalated issues and certify mainframes, servers, and network peripherals. On-site duties require strong communication and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• May require technical certification or an Associate Degree.
• Typically 4–6 years’ experience in area of responsibility.
