Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a Field Engineer to support solar, storage, and HV infrastructure projects as an entry-level field-based role. You will work with Project Engineers, Managers, and Superintendents across multiple project sites in the United States, with relocation required for the duration of each project.

You will assist with field execution, safety, quality, and coordination of subcontractors, and help prepare reports and schedules under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to read IFC drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents on all construction aspects for the assigned scope.
• Coordinate project execution under the Superintendents' oversight.
• Support project administration to ensure design, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, and progress coordination with suppliers and subs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and documentation throughout the project.
