Job summary

Azuria Water Solutions seeks a capable construction manager to oversee production, safety and project management across multiple municipal water projects. You will support pre-bid surveys, contract start-up and closeout, and coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to meet production targets and profit margins.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of field construction management or 5+ years managing a $1M portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years field construction management experience or 5+ years field construction experience managing an annual $1MM portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.
• Solid understanding of basic Accounting/Finance principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Work with field crews and subcontractors to track costs and gross profit margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and assist with scheduling.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement activities.
