You will gain hands-on experience in how projects are built and managed by Crossland field personnel as you prepare for future roles such as Craft Superintendent, Superintendent, or Project Engineer. Responsibilities include planning safety, studying plans, performing layouts, and ensuring quality control while supporting procurement and subcontractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Entry-level field engineer with eagerness to learn field operations.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor jobsite safety and daily activities.
• Study plans and specs for project understanding.
• Layout using total station and GPS techniques.
• Ensure quality control and record as-built information.
• Gather quantities and report costs; assist scheduling.
• Support subcontractor coordination and procurement needs.
• Document daily reports, schedules, and equipment use.
• Capture project photos for documentation and reporting.
• Protect company assets and understand subcontractor scope.
