Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years mechanical maintenance experience in biotech/pharma or related fields.
• Familiarity with bio-pharma production equipment including fermentation, bioreactor, autoclaves.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and pass medical surveillance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production process equipment to support schedules and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoots and implements corrective actions for equipment issues.
• Supports upgrades to enhance performance and reliability.
• Provides training to production & maintenance personnel on electro-mechanical equipment.
• Coordinates with planners and supervisors to ensure timely, compliant work orders.
• Documents work in CMMS and adheres to PM schedules.
