Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience as Field Engineer or Superintendent in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with ability to manage teams.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to project challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring compliance with design specs and safety standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise field activities for quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery and performance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
