Ryan Companies US Inc. is seeking an entry level Field Engineer to support field and office operations under the supervision of the Superintendent and Project Manager. You will learn how field activities translate into the physical construction of projects and assist with a variety of tasks to support the project team.

The role emphasizes developing skills in shop drawing coordination, material management, and subcontractor coordination, with opportunities to grow within the construction team.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in construction or related field is required.
• Ability to work with project teams and coordinate across disciplines.
• Willingness to learn field and office operations and relate them to onsite construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project plans.
• Provide office/field support to the construction team.
• Assist with estimating and quantity takeoffs.
• Purchase necessary materials to complete tasks.
• Maintain material and equipment inventory at the project site.
• Monitor subcontractor schedules and material deliveries.
• Assist in preparing billings and reviewing invoices.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by supervision.

Job Description:The Field Engineer is an entry level position reporting to the Superintendent with indirect reporting to the Project Manager, assisting the project team in the completion of a designated project.
