Qualifications

• Degree preferred or 2+ years field experience.

• Proficient computer skills; Primavera and Expedition are a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Candidate may be required to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities at assigned construction sites.
• Inspect sites daily and coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Review specs and drawings to ensure progress as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry codes.
• Report deviations to management and implement corrections.
• Travel and relocate as required.
