Ragle, Inc. in West Texas (Midland, Odessa, Big Springs) invites a Field Engineer Intern for Summer 2027. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in civil engineering and heavy highway construction with mentorship and real project exposure.

You'll assist with contract administration, help review change orders, learn job cost reporting and project analysis, and contribute to work plans and team coordination, setting you on a path toward future roles in project management and engineering.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.
• Some related internship experience helpful.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
