Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer Intern in Minneapolis to assist superintendents with daily duties. You will gain hands-on experience in on-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety while supporting project teams.

The role requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or related field, with availability to work 40 hours per week for a minimum three-month term. Compensation is hourly, with benefits typical for interns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field.
• Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree.
• Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with project document flow, scheduling, quality control, safety and other duties specific to the project.
• Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
