Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer Intern in San Diego to assist superintendents with daily duties and gain hands-on project exposure.

You will learn project document flow, scheduling, quality control, and safety while developing coordination skills on active jobsites. This internship requires a 40-hour week commitment for a minimum three months and a related bachelor’s degree pursuit.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field.
• Within 18 months of graduating with a four-year degree.
• Able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.

To be successful in this role, you must be:

• Possess the ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and architectural and engineering drawings.
• Communicate clearly orally and in writing.

Compensation:

The hourly wage is $20-$25/hour . The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
