Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer Intern to support superintendents with daily tasks on the job site in Des Moines, IA.

This internship focuses on learning project coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety while contributing to ongoing project success. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management, within 18 months of graduation, and able to work 40 hours per week for at least a three-month term.

To be successful in this role, you must be:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or closely-related field.

• Possess the ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and architectural and engineering drawings.
• Communicate clearly orally and in writing.
• Handle simultaneous priorities and deadlines and work towards job site efficiency.

Compensation:

The hourly wage is $20-$25/hour . The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
