Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an FE Intern to work on a solar construction project site, gaining exposure to the Field Engineer role. The 12-week internship is hourly and includes overtime eligibility and per diem, with relocation to the project site for the summer.

Selected interns will support Project Engineers and Managers, collaborate with Superintendents, and take on responsibilities that contribute to a live project. Presentation at internship conclusion is required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university at Sophomore/Junior or entering Senior year in Engineering or construction management.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong math, problem solving, and analytical abilities.
• Good coordination, time management, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute assigned scope on a solar construction site.
• Relocate to project site for the 12-week internship; overtime eligibility.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
• Deliver a companywide presentation at internship conclusion.
