Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university as a sophomore, junior, or entering senior pursuing an Engineering or construction management degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong time-management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gain real-world experience by supporting field engineers on a solar construction site.
• Assist in project construction activities across preconstruction to final client acceptance.
• Deliver a company-wide presentation at the end of the internship to showcase learnings.
