Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or STEM.
• GPA ≥ 2.75 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers on field operations (drilling, well testing, maintenance).
• Collect data from field activities and analyze trends; troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Keep detailed records of field activities, inspections and safety measures.
• Apply HS&E standards in all situations to ensure compliance.
