Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in civil engineering, construction management or related.
• Ability to travel or relocate as needed.
• Available to work full-time during the summer (May–August).
• Demonstrated ethics, integrity and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Field engineering, operation planning, cost control, project scheduling and quantity tracking.
• Assist with material procurement, contract administration and supervision of field activities.
• Perform engineering tasks using standard techniques and address minor technical issues.
• Maintain records of progress, costs and material usage.
• Plan and schedule job segments and review plans/specifications for material needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to handle and expedite materials.
